Ramadan Kareem!
Filed under by Ash on 7:44 AM
Hello all...
I am now writing to you from our new house :) After a few ups and downs and a lot of packing and unpacking we're are now residents (not legally though haha, still got to work on that) of Abu Dhabi. Since we haven't really been doing that much, just fixing the place up, I'll leave most of the post space for pictures of the place. On the upside, Ramadan started today and we live right next to the masjid so we can hear the Adhan and Shahin went to pray Fajr there. Twas nice.. anways.. wishing you all Ramadan Kareem!
Love,
Ash

Assalam u Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhuh,
WOW!! It looks great. It is very clean. It looks sort of European.
I like the bed cover, the color seems to go with the drapes and wood.
Speaking of comforters, I was able to get the king duvet cover, 2 king shams and the Cal king bed skirt all for $420. I was looking at yours and it doesn’t have the Macys ticket on it so how did you buy it? Do you have the receipt? I may not be able to take it back.
The Duvet Cover was $215.99, the king shams (2) $43.19 and the skirt
Was $86.39.
Let me know what you want me to do.
Are you both getting settled and into a routine? Insha Allah, you are Acclimated to the surroundings by now. What about the license? You
Never told me anything else to do.
It’s nice that you are right next to the Masjid, especially right now. Do the Women go to the Masjid over there? It’s nice and close especially for Fajr.
Well we had our first Iftar tonight, I would have had everyone talk to you, but I decided to wait until tomorrow night so I could let you know that we are calling.
I will try to get a card otherwise we will use the 1019898 number.
Ok it is late and I need to get up in 4 hours to make everyone breakfast so I am going to go now.
How did the samosas turn out??
Insha Allah, we will talk tomorrow night, after Maghrib.
Love you both, miss you during this Ramadan.
Love,
Ami(Mom)
